Introduction
This License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal document between you (“User”) and IT Off-Topics (“Platform”), located at offtopics.in and ot-discussion.in, outlining the terms under which you may access and use the Platform. The Platform is operated by the owners of the offtopics.in and ot-discussion.in domains, hosted by Vercel, with domain services provided by Hostinger.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree, you should not access or use the Platform.

License Grant
IT Off-Topics grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for educational, informational, and community engagement purposes. You may use the Platform in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and any applicable laws.

Restrictions
You may not:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful or harmful activity.
• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Platform’s content without explicit permission.
• Use automated systems or software to extract data from the Platform.
• Sell, distribute, or commercially exploit the Platform or its content without authorization.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Platform.

Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, service marks, logos, and proprietary information available on the Platform are the property of IT Off-Topics or its licensors. You may not use any of these materials without the written consent of the Platform.

User-Generated Content
By submitting any content (including but not limited to posts, comments, and media) to the Platform, you grant IT Off-Topics a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such content for the purposes of operating, promoting, and improving the Platform.

You agree not to post any material that:

• Violates any law or regulation.
• Infringes on any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.
• Contains harmful, abusive, or offensive content.

Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. IT Off-Topics does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information or content on the Platform. Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IT Off-Topics shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Platform.

Termination
IT Off-Topics reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at its sole discretion, without prior notice, for any reason, including violations of this Agreement.

Changes to the Agreement
IT Off-Topics reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes to the Agreement will constitute your acceptance of such changes.

Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which IT Off-Topics operates.
